Small Household Help
Small household resets may be available during a scheduled visit when the client is present, such as tidying surfaces, loading or unloading the dishwasher, or taking out trash.
This is not housekeeping or deep cleaning.
Concierge Errands — $45/hr

Policies
-
Non-medical only: No medical care, nursing, medication management, hands-on personal care, or emergency services.

Service area: Within ~20 minutes of Lake Katrine. Outside this area, travel is quoted in advance.

Minimum visit: 2-hour minimum. After that, billed in 30-minute increments.

More than 3 stops: Outings with more than 3 stops include an additional $25 flat fee.

Travel outside service area: Billed at the IRS standard mileage rate per mile and quoted in advance.

Pass-through costs: Client purchases and fees billed at cost with receipts.
-
Cancellations: Under 24 hours = $30 fee.

No-shows: Full minimum visit billed ($60 Standard / $90 Concierge).
